    We have an opportunity for an experience and ambitious Business Development Manager to assist in the development and growth of the Digital division with one of the UK largest and most successful Store Re-fit and VM specialist.

    Working alongside the CEO of the business, you will have complete autonomy in building and establishing new and existing business within Digital, and drive sales in this market.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Winning New Clients:

    Determine the right clients to target.
    Push into new sectors and categories, and drive our business forward.
    Develop and use your network to achieve for incremental opportunity.
    Use client mapping as a way of knowing who to influence and influence them.

    Developing New Clients:     

    Understand client’s strategic objectives relevant to display and merchandising.
    Determine budget holders, decision makers, influencers, supporters.
    Create opportunities and right service levels, and be key in the hand over process, different clients may be at different stages.
    Preparing regular updates of forecast.
    Overview report highlighting change.
    Review business against plan by client by quarter.
    Incremental business options and potential threats.

    Working with cross functional teams:

    You will work as part of a team of people who will be there to support any new business efforts, this will include a project manager, a buyer and designers as well as admin support.
    Develop clear, comprehensive client briefs with pre-defined objectives, target costs, timelines, key dates, etc. for execution by your team through project manager.
    Hold regular project updates with the team.
    Create monthly project update for presentation to wider sales team.

    Key Requirements:-

    5-7+ years’ experience of working in Sales role preferably within Digital POP, Store Fixture or Shopfitting.
    Be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
    Good written and verbal communication skills.
    Experience of Microsoft Office.
    trong track record of successful client development and new business conversion with Global brands and retailers.
    Good interpersonal and motivational skills.
    Ability to work flexible hours, available to travel.

    We have been retained by our client, a beautiful Luxury womenswear Brand on a new position for a Brand Ambassador for their flagship concession in one of London’s top Department Stores.

    This exciting opportunity would be to manage their well-located and premium ‘Matt Space’ delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experience to new and existing customers.

    The successful candidate would need to have a successful track record in sales and demonstrate positivity, encourage, mentor and lead a small team driving motivation, passion and a content working environment.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Customer focused with natural ability to build rapport, talk fashion and inspire.
    Work Closely with department store partners and management spotting new marketing opportunities.
    Merchandise stock in line with brand guidelines, as well as the department store VM guidelines.
    Maintain, tidy and recover area.
    Strong merchandising awareness and prioritise newness and create inspiring displays of stock.
    Responsible for communication to the team for all expected retail standards in line with the brand and adhering to company procedure and compliance targets including inventory control and any defected/damaged goods.
    Execute all POS procedures and departmental operating procedures for sale up take and removal.
    Complete special orders as required.

    An excellent opportunity for an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage all accounts for a well-established and expanding ladies’ footwear and accessories brand based in Hertfordshire.

    You will need a minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally from the fashion industry, and experience managing accounts with a high level of knowledge working on Sage accounting.

    This role is a part-time role, required to work 3 days.

    Our client, an extremely successful mannequin supplier, is experiencing rapid growth and are recruiting for an experienced Divisional Director for complete responsibility across their Mannequin Division (worldwide) , manage existing accounts, developing new accounts and manage the overall operation with line management responsibility.  The business is a well-established vertical operation that design and manufacture bespoke mannequins for a high proportion of the high street retailers and brands world-wide. Known for quality, flexibility and meeting delivery dates, the business has built up a solid reputation in the industry.

     

    Key Requirements:

     

    • Minimum 8 years’ experience within a  knowledge of sales within VM and Mannequin.
    • The successful candidate must be well connected in the industry.
    • Ambitious with a sales driven attitude and character to match as developing relationships in an important part of the role.

    Project Buyer

    up to £60,000 - depending on experience

    Experienced Project Buyer/Procurement Manager required to join a busy Retail Design Fit out organisation. Reporting to the Purchasing Director, you will be responsible for efficient and cost effective purchasing of bespoke VM, working with leading brands and Retailers.  

    This role requires extensive communication skills as you will be liaising closely with key stakeholders within the business such as Sales, Design, Logistics and in cases the Clients directly.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Ensure proper use of the procurement procedures are followed and follow up administration in order to provide others in the company with the relevant information.
    Managing client and account manager expectations through dealing with new enquiries and repeat projects including prototyping, selecting suppliers, evaluating total cost of acquisition, negotiation, production/manufacturing and logistics.
    Lead the projects to make them happen, problem solving, trouble shooting, risk assessments, offering up solutions, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality levels.
    Build & maintain key relationships with internal stake holders & relevant supply chains.
    Provide detailed cost tracking for all projects including a CVR at the end of each project.
    Understand technical drawings both 2d and 3d, and translate these into a costing document.
    Ensure proper use of the procurement procedures and follow up administration in order to provide others in the company with the relevant information.
    ffectively manage budget of purchasing process ensuring that contracted costs are met and delivered through the suppliers to maintain best price.
    Present quotes in a clear and concise manner within agreed timescales, highlighting any applicable exclusions and lead time issues.
    Ensuring appropriate quality assurance is maintained at all stages of the supply chain.
    Planning and overseeing on-site supervision of work in progress, where necessary.
    Working with the Operations’ Manager on supplier development and performance initiatives on a world-wide basis.
    Source, evaluate, recommend and develop potential suppliers based on your knowledge, research and experience.
    Provide advice and intelligence to Designers and Sales staff on the external processes and services we manage, in terms of availability and prevailing commercial influencers.
    Manage multi supplier projects through experience and knowledge within industry.
    Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
    Source and Purchase bespoke fixtures for projects from the Far East.
    Negotiating experience required. Manage projects effectively with the ability to identify any concerns before they arise and communicate these with the Purchasing Manager.
    Update Project Log daily and maintain clear communication to all departments, ensuring smooth completion of projects.
    Deliver competitive costs, within required timescale and to the client brief.  

    Key Requirements:-

    Minimum 5 years’ experience within Buying/Purchasing/Procurement within a Shopfitting Retail business.
    Ability to read and understand Technical Drawings.
    Good sourcing and negotiation skills.
    Excellent organisation skills.
    High level of attention to detail, with an energetic fast pace and able to perform under pressure.
    Self-disciplined, logical, accurate and flexibility is necessary for this role.
    Must be able to drive real savings through strong supplier negotiations.
    High level of computer literacy.
    High level of Excel skills and evidence of day to day usage.
    Professional attitude at all times in both business and personal capacity, on their own and within a team.
    Strong ability to work under pressure and maintain positive relationships where pressures are high.
