Finding the right person to fill a role takes knowledge and hard work but is crucial to building a successful business. Our experience, industry knowledge, tools and processes, combined with our ethos of focusing on developing long term relationships generates results and a loyal customer base.

Step 1 - Understanding you
For Our Client: Before starting our search we invest time to learn about you, your business, its culture and how the role fits into the wider organisation. We meet our clients in your offices to understand your culture and ethos. Where appropriate we will advise you on the state of the market and current industry salaries.

For Our Candidate: We like to meet all our candidates, at your convenience. It is essential we understand you and what you want.
Step 2 - Search
For Our Client: Through our extensive network developed over decades in the industry, through our sophisticated database search or through bespoke retained search we have an approach that will find the right candidate for your role in a timely way.

For Our Candidate: When you register with us we will discuss all relevant roles we are working on with you and periodically contact you with additional roles that might interest you. For those candidates interested in becoming “Vohs Exclusive” we will work with you to identify your ideal role before approaching employers many of whom may not be advertising roles but we think may be interested in your skills.
Step 3 - Approach, vetting and submissions
For Our Client and Candidate: Our industry experience gives us an insight into roles that few recruiters can match. We understand the importance of discretion, honesty and having the full picture. Starting with non-pressured approaches to candidates, we use an efficient but thorough vetting process to develop high quality shortlists and then manage the interview process so both the candidate and client feel fully informed and in control of the process. We will continue to manage the process through to the first day of the successful candidate’s new job.
