    We have an opportunity for an experience and ambitious Business Development Manager to assist in the development and growth of the Digital division with one of the UK largest and most successful Store Re-fit and VM specialist.

    Working alongside the CEO of the business, you will have complete autonomy in building and establishing new and existing business within Digital, and drive sales in this market.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Winning New Clients:

    Determine the right clients to target.
    Push into new sectors and categories, and drive our business forward.
    Develop and use your network to achieve for incremental opportunity.
    Use client mapping as a way of knowing who to influence and influence them.

    Developing New Clients:     

    Understand client’s strategic objectives relevant to display and merchandising.
    Determine budget holders, decision makers, influencers, supporters.
    Create opportunities and right service levels, and be key in the hand over process, different clients may be at different stages.
    Preparing regular updates of forecast.
    Overview report highlighting change.
    Review business against plan by client by quarter.
    Incremental business options and potential threats.

    Working with cross functional teams:

    You will work as part of a team of people who will be there to support any new business efforts, this will include a project manager, a buyer and designers as well as admin support.
    Develop clear, comprehensive client briefs with pre-defined objectives, target costs, timelines, key dates, etc. for execution by your team through project manager.
    Hold regular project updates with the team.
    Create monthly project update for presentation to wider sales team.

    Key Requirements:-

    5-7+ years’ experience of working in Sales role preferably within Digital POP, Store Fixture or Shopfitting.
    Be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
    Good written and verbal communication skills.
    Experience of Microsoft Office.

    Production & Technical

    Product Developer

    £35,000 - £40,000

    As the Product Developer, you will be working closely with design and commercial teams, partnering with global factories and trading houses to develop the collection from initial concept through to delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Partner closely with Design to develop the collection in line with brand aesthetic demonstrating product knowledge, ownership, quality and attention to detail.
    Launching designs with suppliers from prototype to production.
    Cost engineering of each product to achieve and maximize margin and negotiation of product costs with suppliers.
    Manage the business/Critical Path, ensuring that the development process adheres to the key milestones.
    Day to day communication with overseas external partners on a CMT and Fully factored basis.
    Set styles up on the system and manage the development range plan and critical path.
    Sample Management in house and with manufacturers to ensure availability for all teams at the required times.
    Sourcing suppliers for new and developing product areas.

    Key Requirements:- 

    Product Developer with at least 4 years’ experience.
    Driver of the critical path calendar within the organization.
    Expertise in developing multi-product women’s soft separates with clear technical understanding.
    Solution orientated; problem solver, flexible and adaptable and resilient.
    Strong and confident communication skills.
    Negotiator, influencer and collaborator.
    Process and systems orientated, detailed, accurate and highly organized.
    Strong time management skills working in high paced environment.

    Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for Global Wholesale strategy development and implementation.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Manage daily operations of all wholesale activities.
    Grow network of major wholesale clients - identify opportunities.
    Establish and nurture client relationships.
    Monitor and analyse.
    KPI’s Forecast wholesale business alongside Commercial team.
    Potentialise operational efficiencies.
    Potentialise sales through replenishment minimising returns.
    Manage sales calendar in close cooperation with Product Development team – adhere to critical path.
    Manage sales budgets alongside Commercial team.

    Sales & Marketing Manager

    Our client whom are a high end Luxury Ladieswear brand based in London are looking to appoint a Global Sales and Marketing Manager to join their successful business working closely with the COO and Founder/Creative Director.

    The successful candidate should have experience within Luxury Fashion and have a strong understanding of executing a Marketing Strategy with P&L accountability for the department.

    Key Responsibilities:-

    Must come from a strong retail apparel marketing background.
    Possess a strong understanding of content and imagery.
    Plan and execute retail marketing programs.
    Provide marketing support to wholesale accounts, working closely with department stores and concession hosts.

    Senior Compliance Manager

    Our Client, one of the UK most respected Brands/Retailers renowned for their quality, are recruiting for a senior position, responsible for all compliance both Environmental and Chemical across Apparel and Textiles. This important strategic position will be reporting to a Technical Director and has an operational and strategic scope and key in supporting business decisions in an ambassadorial capacity.

    Key Responsibilities:- 

    Evaluate the performed chemical tests on products in the shoe, accessories and textile areas. Lead the selection of relevant chemical tests for all products.
    Responsible person for the internal brands support and external laboratories communication to ensure a smooth process with all relevant stakeholders.
    Share planning tests with suppliers and third parties.
    You will pursue open cases and communicate with interfaces.
    Provide input to senior managers, business unit leaders for the seasonal quality checks and suppliers evaluation.
    Responsible for projects and for the preparation of manual guides.
    You will work closely together with product teams, laboratories, quality checks teams and suppliers.

    Key Requirements:-

    You learned your skills during a successful technical university degree in the clothing or leather field or comparable qualification (textile / industrial / chemical engineer)

    You've have been working for at least 5 years in the quality safety, product safety for textiles and shoes, laboratory assistance or similar and built up a wealth of knowledge for yourself.
    You really know your way around European restrictions and legal provisions on the topics product safety, product compliance and sustainability.
    ou possess a good understanding for chemical fundamentals and standards.
    Excellent technical knowledge and assertiveness with supplier communication belong to your strengths.
    Excellent presentation skills.
    Your very good analytical and problem-solving skills are second to none.
    A good understanding of Textile Dyeing and finishing.

    Our client, an extremely successful mannequin supplier, is experiencing rapid growth and are recruiting for an experienced Divisional Director for complete responsibility across their Mannequin Division (worldwide) , manage existing accounts, developing new accounts and manage the overall operation with line management responsibility.  The business is a well-established vertical operation that design and manufacture bespoke mannequins for a high proportion of the high street retailers and brands world-wide.
